Bacon Ends
Our bacon causes fights amongst families. We've been told that by many that it's the best bacon ever. We agree. The bellies of our pasture raised pigs are smoked, and cured with celery powder, not sodium nitrate.

About our Pork:
- We raise 5 different breeds of heritage pigs, including Berkshire, Idaho Pasture Pig, Duroc, Tamworth, Mulefoot, and Yorkshire.
- Heritage pork is known for its rich flavors and deep marbled fat. Research has shown that the fat of animals raised in a regenerative system is much higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
- Our pigs are raised exlusively outside, allowed to wallow in mudholes, eat grass, acorns, and insects, and run and play.

LOCAL DELIVERY / PICK-UP
DELIVERY: Free delivery to the Memphis area every Wednesday on orders over $100. You must order by noon on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday. On orders less than $100, delivery is $10.
ON-FARM PICK-UP: We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up and will work with you to arrange a time.
