Pork Chops
Our thick cut pork chops mouthwatering. There are two chops per package and total weight for both is between 1.5-1.75 lbs.
About our Pork:
- We raise 5 different breeds of heritage pigs, including Berkshire, Duroc, Tamworth, Mulefoot, and Yorkshire.
- Heritage pork is known for its rich flavors and deep marbled fat. Research has shown that the fat of animals raised in a regenerative system is much higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
- Our pigs are raised exlusively outside, allowed to wallow in mudholes, eat grass, acorns, and insects, and run and play.
