Sourdough Bread

Sourdough Bread

Handcrafted by Chef Halima Salazar, our sourdough bread is naturally fermented and baked with care, resulting in a beautifully crisp crust and a soft, flavorful interior. Each loaf reflects Halima’s thoughtful approach to traditional baking, with a deep, complex flavor and the distinctive tang that comes from a slow fermentation.

Made in small batches, every loaf is unique—rustic, nourishing, and meant to be shared. Whether served alongside a meal, layered with your favorite toppings, or enjoyed simply with butter, Halima’s sourdough brings the warmth and character of handmade bread to the table.

Ingredients: flour, water, sourdough starter, salt....its as simple as that!

Additional ingredients:

  • African herb bread: nigella seeds, cumin, African nutmeg
  • Cheddar + Jalepeno: Cheddar cheese + spicy jalepenos (this bread brings the heat!)
